PopOpen

PopOpen is a simple little program that makes creates the zooming effect when opening windows, similar to the Mac OS. It adds a an tab in your display control panel called animation. This one has less features than ZoomOpen but uses very little memory.
ZoomOpen

ZoomOpen is the bigger brother to PopOpen. ZoomOpen is more advanced and allows for many different types of effects, including fades, spins and the classic Mac OS zoom effect. The latest version of ZoomOpen is no longer free, but there are older versions that can be obtained at no charge.
